The hotel had a great reception and staff was very friendly, they provided a free morning coffee which was really good. The hotel was located in an area that was easy to get around and was in close proximity to many tourist attractions. they helped us order food in and even did our laundry for us, which was very helpful after a long day of exploring the city.
The hotel was not equipped with a lift, which made it very difficult for individuals with disabilities or anyone with heavy luggage. The beds were very uncomfortable and caused a lot of pain, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

During our romantic escape, we had a warm welcome from the reception staff. They went out of their way to help us order food and even got our clothes washed late at night. The free morning coffee was a sweet perk and the location was perfect for exploring the area on foot. , the authentic friendliness from the staff made our stay even more delightful.
There is no lift for disabled guests which can be difficult for those with mobility issues. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for us after a long day of hiking, but that might just be due to our sore muscles.
